“ First of all there are not enough people like them in this world. The servers are absolutely incredible, understanding, kind, and accommodating. My son is severely autistic and has a sensory disorder. Our server who was so absolutely sweet and accommodating made our time incredible even though we couldnt stay the whole time finishing our meal. Their patience, and them helping us, although I was in tears during my beautiful sons meltdowns because of the current sensory... my server took a lot of anxiety away by being so understanding and accommodating. I will always cherish and come here for the future. We need more understanding and amazing people like that in the world. I thank you guys a thousand times over. Also, the food was superb even though we had to take it home it stayed fresh and yummy and my son loved his fries. I loved how the cook came out with a bowl of fruit for my baby boy which he crafted a beautiful pumpkin out of the appledried apricot which looked incredible in time for Halloween. I will always recommend this place. Their service was incredible, food was absolutely amazing, and I felt so much support for my family. Thank you ”
“ Fun Gastropub. Open. Airy. Can be too warm on hot days. Cocktails are yummy! Food is really tasty. The grilled garden sandwich is so good! Salads, fish n chips, and apps are awesome! A regular for happy hour! ”
“ We love the Clairemont location, but Upland is closer to home. Plus theres a wetlands trail right behind, so we can take the dogs for a walk, then grab a pint. The ploughman platter is always on point, as are the frites. We were in time for brunch today, so we switched it up. My Full Belgian Breakfast was really good. The brats were very mild, and perfect with the mustard ale sauce. The fried potatoes were so crispy outside, but soft inside, that they were challenging to cut in half. Wife and teen got the BLT. The pork belly is extra crispy, and the pretzel bun really add something extra. ”
“ Ordered online at this location for the first time tonight and everything was great. finding the online ordering on their website is TRICKY, you have to look under upland or Claremont menu. Got a burger and it was arguably just as good as the claremont location. salad was fresh. my only gripe about these locations is the fries. you can pay 9 for half order or 10 for full. i ended up taking the full order and regretting it. maybe the fries are great when fresh but they never stood out to me as being anything life changing. The pricing on the fries is absurd. ill just make my own roasted potato fries at home from now on. but the burger alone is very worth it. staff were very nice and friendly when i went to the upland store ”
“ Yay!!! A little closer to us, and wait time is perfect. Just like Claremont, fun and friendly staff. Love the location, plenty of parking. And right across the way i can get a european wax...lol ”
“ I enjoyed solo outdoor lunch at the Upland location today. I have been to the Upland and Claremont locations multiple times and love many restaurants in our area, but I hope it says something that I selected this place without the slightest hesitation to celebrate a personal accomplishment. The poor recent reviews, in my opinion, reflect a lack of knowledge of what to order at this restaurant. Today, I had the steak salad a forever favorite, with the medium rare meat cooked to perfection, a lavender fog cocktail, a limoncello cocktail, and a chocolate tartegoing all out for my celebration. Yes, the items are pricey, but each one exceeded expectations. Other standbys include the mussels, the schnitzel, the ploughmans, the Fhun Dip, the aged old fashioned, and whatever is featured on their seasonal menus. In terms of atmosphere, if you like listening to Jack Johnson, Mumford Sons, Hozier, and live music in the same vein, this place is your jam. ”
“ Tasty vittles, really emitted the fhun diip, and the cocktails are pretty good. Service was friendly and live music at the ambience! ”
“ Excellent for brunch, lunch or dinner. Great cocktails, craft beer wine selection. ”
